Back in May I travelled to the Guizhou and Guangxi provinces in Southern China with a couple of fellow photographers.
Flying via Hong Kong we spent ten days in a part of Southern China that has many interesting and traditional small towns and villages not caught up in the rapid change that is so evident elsewhere. We visited small communities and festivals capturing the essence of a more traditional way of life. I have been working my way through a huge number of images and here are some of fishermen who use cormorants and colourfully dressed Miao women.
